Why do you I need a home inspection?

Buying a home is a big investment and it can quickly become overwhelming. A qualified home inspector is trained to discover many defects that may not be obvious; ranging from safety, health, and fire hazards, some are simple repairs. Some repairs can be potentially dangerous and expensive.

The inspection will be noninvasive so we will not be able to see behind walls, but we will check for any signs of wood or water damage as well as pest infestation. Making sure all systems are running and in good repair. A home inspection gives you peace of mind and helps you purchase your new home with confidence.

Selling your home is a great time to have a home inspection is the best way to discover potential issues you may need to address prior to putting your home on the market. What can I expect?

We recommend you be present during the inspection, which will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the size of your home and if you would like us to inspect any outbuildings, your inspector will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You will receive your report via email within 24 hours after payment has been received. The report is important to your realtor and loan company; you can then request repairs be made or negotiate a lower price. Our goal is to take some of the stress out of your life and give you peace of mind. What a home inspection cannot do is guarantee the home will have zero problems.
